Refund policy
Pre-order or online payment
Chennai sandhai promises 100% customer satisfaction, or their money will be refunded for the following reasons listed below:
1) If a packaged order received has damage at the time of delivery.
2) If the customer is not satisfied with the product quality report within 44 minutes of delivery.
3) Pre-scheduled product is not available on the day of delivery.
4) Any contamination (hair, nail, etc.) found must be reported immediately.
5) If any item is found missing during delivery, requesting for a refund can be made.
6) Sample products or gift cards cannot be refunded.
7) If the product is not delivered request a refund with the bill.
Note: Any picture or video was taken during the time of receiving the package or opening the package would be appreciated and makes it easy for us to take action and refund you in a better way.
