Ingredients for Mushroom Gravy:

  • Onion - 2
  • Milk Mushroom - 100g
  • Tomato - 2
  • Oil - Required
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Mint - required
  • Coriander - required
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Broken peanuts - 2 tsp
  • Coconut - required
  • Cashewnuts - required
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Green Chilies - 2
  • Water - required
  • Salt to taste

To roast & grind:

  • Broken peanuts
  • Coconut 
  • Cashewnuts 
  • Green Chilies

Cooking Method :
1. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions, salt and saute until golden.
2. Once the onions are golden add the masalas - Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala , coriander powder , red chili powder and 
curry leaves. Mix all the ingredients well after 1 minitue add chopped tomato , little bit of water and cook until everything turns soft ( 5 - 6 minutes).
3.  Once oil starts to separate, add the cleaned and sliced milk mushrooms and mix it well with the masala mixture and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Then add grinded paste with required water and cook until the mushrooms are fully done.
4.Finally garnish with mint and coriander leaves.

Our Milk Mushroom Gravy is ready to be served.
